Keep people off height
No rope access, no cherry-pickers, no crawling a live roof. The aircraft goes where it is dangerous or impossible for an inspector to stand, and everyone stays on the ground.
03 Capability
Comprehensive coverage of large-scale structures and sites, captured from the air with no scaffolding, no rope teams and no shutdown. We fly the asset, find the defects, and hand back geotagged findings and a measurable 3D twin.
Why fly it
Traditional inspection means scaffold, rope access and downtime: days of rigging and real risk for partial coverage. A drone removes all three.
No rope access, no cherry-pickers, no crawling a live roof. The aircraft goes where it is dangerous or impossible for an inspector to stand, and everyone stays on the ground.
A structure that takes a rope team days to rig and scale is flown in a single autonomous session. No scaffold to erect, no permits to stage. Capture starts the moment we arrive.
Assets stay in production while we fly. Programmed flight lines guarantee every panel, weld and metre of façade is covered the same way, every inspection cycle. Nothing skipped, nothing guessed.
What we inspect
The same flight stack covers wildly different assets, from a single rooftop to a transmission corridor stretching over the horizon.
Membrane defects, ponding, blocked drains and rooftop plant, surveyed without a single boot on the deck.
Cladding, glazing, sealant and concrete spalling across full elevations, close-range and orthorectified.
Thermal sweeps that flag hot cells, dead strings and diode faults across thousands of modules per flight.
Antennas, insulators, conductors and steelwork inspected top-to-base with zero climb time.
Undersides, bearings, cables and hard-to-reach spans captured for corrosion and crack mapping.
Volumetric surveys of material stockpiles and asset audits across sprawling industrial sites.
Method & deliverables
One autonomous pass produces visual, thermal and geometric data, then processing turns it into a defect list an engineer can act on and a twin you can measure.
Programmed flight lines and orbits lock overlap and standoff distance so every surface is captured to spec, and repeatably, cycle after cycle.
Sub-millimetre imagery of welds, fasteners, coatings and cracks, close enough to read a serial plate from the air.
Radiometric thermal reveals what the eye cannot: moisture ingress, hot cells, failing connections and heat loss.
Computer-vision models triage imagery and surface corrosion, cracks and coating failure for engineer review.
Every defect is pinned to its exact position on the asset, so a crew can walk straight to it months later.
A measurable photogrammetric model of the whole structure. Inspect, measure and compare against past cycles.
